    Nursing Supervisor - Occupational Health & Well-Being

    The Nursing Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Unit/Department under the direction of the Unit Director and is responsible for the planning, supervision, and evaluation of direct care staff to ensure patients receive optimum care. The Nursing Supervisor is also a resource and expert in patient care issues for staff RN's.

    Occupational health services focus on the needs of employees, employers, and insurers. Our Boise clinic provides employee physicals, work injury medical care, immunizations, medical surveillance, and other services in order to keep your employees healthy and safe.

     

    Required Criteria 

     

    • Education: Bachelors’ of Nursing Degree
    • Experience: 3 years’ relevant experience
    • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice

     

    Preferred Criteria

    • At least 1 year in an RN leadership role (Charge Nurse, Supervisor, Lead RN).
    • Positive attitude, excellent communication and critical thinking skills, patient and family centered clinical approach.
    • Ability to travel regularly from Boise, Meridian and Nampa
