  • Overview

    We are looking for an ambitious Secretary to add to our health system. The Secretary is responsible for providing administrative assistance and clerical support for assigned management personnel by creating/typing/editing necessary information, maintaining filing systems, coordinating office procedures, and anticipating the needs of the department in order to maintain activities and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. They will also act as a liaison to hospital management, staff, and visitors to communicate messages, schedule meetings, and disseminate information.


    The Secretary will be supporting the Occupational Health and Well-Being leadership team, as well as supporting Safety Data functions.


    Required Criteria 

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Three years of secretarial experience.
    • Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
    • Extensive experience with word processing, excel, presentation development, and Windows technology required.

    Preferred Criteria 

    • Strong Organization Skills
    • Ability to work with groups
    • Data management skills
