    Process Improvement Non - RN

    The Process Improvement Non-RN analyzes existing processes and develops sustainable, reliable, and measurable process improvements.


    Required Criteria:

    • Associates Degree, or 2 years' additional relevant experience in lieu of Associates Degree
    • 2 years' experience in healthcare or related field


    Essential Job Functions:

    • Researches best practices within and best available evidence outside the organization to establish benchmark data
    • Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and/or recommend practices and procedures to improve health, care and cost
    • Engages with leadership and other relevant stakeholders, for purposes of quality/process improvement process advancing program effectiveness, and management of change
    • Participates in data compilation for audits and accreditation of the program/initiative
    • Identifies opportunities for improvement and facilitates the design and implementation of organization-wide programs and systems
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned


    Preferred Criteria:

    • Experience working within a Clinic, working closely with staff
    • Experience as an LPN
