St. Luke’s nurses are among the very best in the United States. Our Boise and Meridian hospitals, St. Luke’s MSTI cancer centers, and Treasure Valley clinics are designated Magnet facilities — the gold standard for nursing excellence. At Magnet facilities, low nurse-to-patient ratios are the rule, which helps ensure that nurses have adequate time to give all patients the special care they deserve. This means our patients and their families receive award-winning care that is compassionate, patient-centered, and always reaching for a higher standard.

If you’re looking for a place where you can grow in your personal life, in your career, and in your community, St. Luke’s may be just the place for you.
