Boise 4 South- is an Inpatient Oncology unit caring for patients in chemotherapy, radiation and stem cell transplant therapies. They care for patients with cancer treatment related complications. This is a 24 bed unit with a nurse/patient ratio of 1:4. 4 South needs compassionate and highly motivated RNs to maintain high care standards and manage cutting edge new treatments. Many of our patients can be critical, and the care can be ICU-type care for those interested in an ICU-type experience. Continuous learning is required in the oncology field.
*Rotating Shifts - 16 weeks on days, 8 weeks on nights*

The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient’s needs.
