    St. Luke’s is looking for an Engineer (Systems or Software) to join our Telehealth team in Boise, ID. Please join us in our strategy to be the community’s trusted partner in providing exceptional, patient- centered care.

    Engineer - Telehealth

    The Engineer is responsible for the technical analysis, design, implementation and support of Telehealth technologies and solutions. Typical responsibilities for this engineer will include but is not limited to Telehealth technology development and support. This engineer will demonstrate good programing and technical skills, proficiency with the design, implementation and support of Telehealth solutions, and exhibit good communication skills.


    Job specific requirements

    • Basic knowledge of multiple software languages and technologies including familiarity with low-level programing languages and technologies. Specific application development experience in C#, .NET framework, SQL, and web technologies a plus.
    • Attention to detail to ensure a high level of quality and consistency.
    • Excellent customer service skills in order to provide service excellence to the user community.
    • Ability to work off-hours or shifts as required for 24/7/365 support services.


    Required Criteria:

    • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years’ of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
    • Two additional years of related experience in Information Technology preferred.
