    St. Luke's Magic Valley in Twin Falls, ID is currently seeking a LCSW or LCPC to join our collegial and growing behavioral health team as we continue to expand and transform our behavioral health services. Enjoy an inclusive and cohesive team environment, strong administrative and scheduling support and full EMR (EPIC), while working alongside board certified providers who are highly trained and extremely dedicated.  This position is located within the Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinic, as an active member of a multi-disciplinary behavioral health team, including: Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and other Master's Level Therapists.

    Primary responsibilities for this role include: identifying individual and family psychosocial, emotional and cultural needs and priorities for care through assessment, care planning, clinical interventions, education and evaluation of outcomes. The Mental Health Therapist provides counseling and support to alleviate stress, enhance functional coping abilities, minimize potential problems/barriers related to treatment and maximize opportunities for communication and problem-solving. Through documentation and oral communication, the Mental Health Therapist shares essential information with healthcare team members when appropriate.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

    • Master’s degree in Social Work from a School of Social Work approved by the Council on Social Work Education.
    • Maintain Current LCSW/LCPC licensure in Idaho.
    • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider Certification
    • Ability and willingness to exhibit behaviors consistent with standards for performance improvement and organizational values (e.g., efficiency & financial responsibility, safety, partnership & service, teamwork, compassion, integrity, and trust & respect).
