    The Breast Care Services Clinic includes a team of skilled, insightful caregivers, focusing their energy on the health of the patients. We offer expertise for treating breast cancer, easing symptoms and side effects, and strengthening you physically, mentally and emotionally. 

     

    St. Luke’s Health System has an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Navigator to join our team!

    Registered Nurse – Nurse Navigator: Mountain States Tumor Institute

    The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient’s needs. The Nurse Navigator offers medical guidance, acts as a support group, and guides patients and their families through the treatment process.

     

    Required Criteria 

     

    • Bachelors of Nursing Degree
    • Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
    • 2 years of RN experience

    Preferred Criteria

    • Case Management Experience
    • Oncology Experience
    • Women's Health Experience
