Continuous Improvement Coach
This is an internal coaching position within the St. Luke’s Health System (SLHS). The individual will apply improvement and change methodologies, tools and principles with the goal of assisting SLHS in achieving the organizational goals. The Coach will also work closely with customers, managers, Program and Project Managers throughout the organization on assigned strategic improvement and change activities by providing coaching, training, and completing the work. This position reports to a Manager in the Operations Improvement Department.
