The Billing Specialist is responsible for providing support in the functional areas of Revenue Cycle which includes Billing, Reimbursement and Insurance Recovery. In this role, you would be responsible for collecting, posting and managing patient account data, as well as submitting claims and following up with insurance companies. You would also ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and related government regulations. You also may be responsible for a general overview of the process, or may specialize in one or more of the functional areas of Revenue Cycle.
