St. Luke’s Health System has an exciting opportunity for a Patient Relations Coordinator to join our team. The Coordinator, Patient Relations is responsible for compliance with the standards/regulatory requirements guiding the grievance process. Patient Relations Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement programs to achieve an exceptional patient experience in St. Luke’s facilities. The Patient Relations Coordinator will maintain working relationships with Patient Relation/Patient Experience contacts throughout the St. Luke’s Health System. This position will carry an active grievance caseload and is also responsible for ensuring prompt resolution of patient complaints/grievances, facilitating patient experience improvement projects, and deploying staff education on service behaviors. We are looking for someone with a demonstrated ability to investigate and problem-solve customer concerns, as well as a positive attitude towards healthcare team members and diverse patient populations.
• Bachelor’s degree OR four years’ experience in lieu of degree.
• 3 years of experience in a customer service and/or dispute resolution role.
• Idaho RN License strongly preferred
