  • Overview

    St. Luke’s Health System has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Finance to support the leadership teams at Magic Valley Medical Center, Wood River Hospital, and Jerome Hospital 

     

    The Director of Finance is a full time role based in Twin Falls that is responsible for oversight and leadership of activities to manage financial performance for Magic Valley Medical Center, Wood River Hospital, and Jerome Hospital.  The Director is a key member of the hospital leadership teams, responsible for leading activities and providing guidance to operations to manage performance.  The position is responsible for monthly operational reviews and variance analysis, margin improvement efforts, labor management, operational and capital budgeting, and conducting business proposal analysis.  The Director partners with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective business/operational practices and facilitates collaborative work processes between operational divisions/departments, as well as revenue cycle, coding, supply chain, and other shared service functions.  The position reports directly to the Provider Operations Finance Administrator, and works closely with the site administrator and local executive teams to ensure short term/long term operational and financial goals are met.

     

     

    Minimum Requirements include:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field
      • CPA preferred
      • Master’s degree preferred
    • 10+ years Finance or Accounting experience
