    St. Luke’s is a nationally recognized leading healthcare organization where people like you drive our success. We are currently searching for a Recruiter to add to our Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiter leads strategic and consultative recruiting services to the leadership team of St. Luke’s Health System by understanding departmental business initiatives and workforce needs for talent.


    • The Recruiter collaborates with leadership to execute the most appropriate recruitment strategies to attract highly skilled and specialized talent, advising on hiring strategies and acting as a critical sounding board and advocate for leadership.
    • Helps facilitate highly visible projects involving strategic planning with organizational leaders and partners with others in implementation of these projects.
    • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment and sources high quality talent and develops candidate pipelines using social networking techniques as well as local and national resources.
    • Achieves key performance metrics as defined by Talent Acquisition Leadership
    • Assists with creating cost effective recruitment plans, including advertising, career fairs, and national recruiting events.
    • Exercises a high level of confidentiality, flexibility and professionalism


    Required Criteria 


    • Bachelor’s degree or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
    • 2 years’ relevant experience


    Preferred Criteria

    • Experience using an integrated Applicant Tracking System and or iCIMS is highly preferred.
    • Computer skills using MS Office Suite.
    • High level of confidentiality, flexibility, and professionalism.
    • Excellent communication skills to include oral and written comprehension/expression.
