The Finance Analyst develops, interprets, and implements highly complex financial and accounting concepts and advanced techniques for financial planning and control. The Finance Analyst will partner with operations by providing key insights through financial analysis at the department and functional level. The Analyst is responsible for preparing detailed analysis, interpreting financial/statistical data, and providing gathered summaries to support management in meeting its stewardship goals.
The ideal candidate has operational experience and exposure, and is comfortable and confident meeting with leaders to discuss and interpret data and trends, as well as act as a consultant to clinical and non-clinical leadership. We are looking for a candidate with experience and knowledge, who is able to think critically, ask relevant questions, and communicate effectively with multiple levels of our organization.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 3 or more years' experience in the field or related area
Healthcare experience preferred
