    Cyber Security Analyst 3

    This is an IT Security Analyst 3 position which will be responsible for providing cloud-security expertise to the organization. The person in this position will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating security solutions for IT systems and applications from the use of cloud-based SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS solutions. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

     

    • Author and/or contribute to organizational policies, and implement guidelines, standards and technical controls for the secure use of cloud technologies
    • Conduct risk-assessments of cloud technologies
    • Assist the Cyber Security team with addressing cloud-related vulnerabilities

     

    Required Criteria 

    • Bachelor’s degree or four years’ of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
    • 4+ years’ additional relevant experience.

    Preferred Criteria

    • Understanding of/familiarity with HealthCare
    • Familiarity with IT and Cloud governance standards and frameworks, including NIST and the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA)
    • Experience supporting application security incident response activities (including detection, analysis, containment, response, and prevention procedures)
    • Excellent understanding of IaaS and virtualization—service-orientated architecture designed around the delivery and security of infrastructure components as a service
    • Expertise in application, infrastructure, and network security, along with penetration testing
    • Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISA, CISM
    • Ability to manage several complex tasks/projects simultaneously.
