  • Overview

    St. Luke’s Health System is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team in Boise, Idaho. The Marketing Manager is responsible for the daily operations, finances and work flow of the department.

    Responsibilities

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Oversight of department-wide Communications and Marketing budget for the health system, including recording and reconciling invoices.
      • Regularly meets with Communication and Marketing team members across the system to assist in financial planning and tracking of expenditures.
      • Provides regular reports to department director around the status of department budget. 
    • Management of all department contracts, including contractors for areas outside of Communications and Marketing that perform marketing work.
      • If a department or team needs additional resources for Communications and Marketing related efforts, this role will coordinate the selection of and negotiate with the outside resource.
      • For teams outside the core marketing group but inside Communications and Marketing, this role may not oversee the daily work of contractors but will still be the selection and negotiating manager.
      • For teams outside Communications and Marketing, this role should both oversee the daily work of contractors as well as serving as the selection and negotiating manager.
      • Responsible for manager tool selection process, such as for project management, CRMs, digital clouds, etc. 
    • Manages the Go-To-Market Team
      • Oversees Marketing Coordinators on the Go-To-Market team as they manage plans and tactics. This includes all Marketing requests and coordinating needs between the Creative and web teams. This does not include requests for Communications, Public Relations, Community Engagement or purely website requests.
      • Responsible for managing Traffic meetings, ensuring projects hit deadlines and requestors are updated on project status. 
    • Oversees Office Manager
      • Responsible for ensuring the Office Manager fulfills the daily needs of the Communications and Marketing Department.
      • Must serve as back-up to core Office Manager responsibilities as needed. 
    • Oversees Media Buyer
      • Responsible for ensuring the Media Buyer fulfills media requests outside of digital media purchases. Works to ensure buys are scheduled, aligned with budget and have appropriate creative.
    • Authority over health system signage design and general logo usage
      • Serves as the approver of all exterior branded signage and internal signage as appropriate. This role may work directly with sign vendors to ensure consistency among locations.
      • Reviews Marketing projects to ensure consistent and appropriate use of the logo per department style guidelines.

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

     

    Education: Bachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent experience in lieu of degree

    Experience: 8 years relevant experience
