  • Overview

    We are looking for a HR Operations Business Analyst to join our health system! The HR Operations Analyst is responsible for data, analytical and system support for the HR Operations team with the objective of improving service delivery, HR processes and systems. This position will identify trends from data, will focus on internal quality and will have subject matter knowledge in varied HR systems to advise and consult on operational responsibilities. This individual will also act as a process consultant and identify process improvement opportunities along with managing HR Operations projects.

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Develop regular and ad-hoc reporting to measure service, quality and efficiency.
    • Develop process maps, procedures and knowledge base materials.
    • Manage and coordinate HR content for employee use through varied channel (intranet/HRSD).
    • Act as Subject Matter Expert for the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform.
    • Ensures compliance with applicable rules, regulations and policies.
    • Assist with HR budgeting process and associated monitoring and reporting.
    • Use project management skills to plan and execute to assigned HR projects.
    • Participate as a member of the HR Operations leadership team to prepare and plan for the continued advancement of the HR Service Center.

     

    Required Criteria 

     

    • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years additional experience in lieu of degree
    • 4 years’ additional relevant experience

    Preferred Criteria

     

    • Advanced Excel and strong analytical and reporting skills
