St. Luke’s is a nationally recognized leading healthcare organization where people like you drive our success. We are currently searching for a Patient Access Specialist 3 (PAS 3) to add to our team.
The PAS 3 is responsible for responding to patient, provider, and department/service area needs with a high emphasis on customer service and accuracy. This includes, but is not limited to, registration, complex scheduling, referral coordination, benefit verification, preauthorization, order transcription and general inquiries from patients, providers and the general public.
High School Diploma or GED
Two years’ relevant experience
Medical terminology background
