    St. Luke’s is looking for a Content Communications Coordinator to join our team, with a particular emphasis on integrated health technologies communications.

    The successful candidate is a published and seasoned writer and editor with multimedia experience, confident working in a variety of styles and voices and comfortable with a fast pace, open work environment and steady stream of projects. Journalists and other content professionals will be familiar with the production environment and requirements of the work.


    Job specific requirements:

    • Develop and execute content, messaging, communication strategies, tactical plans and outcomes measurement
    • Expectation of significant content development; demonstrably strong writing and content development skills
    • Experience with change management and change management principles
    • Partner with coordinators at all sites and department colleagues, as well as independent outside contractors and vendors as appropriate
    • Responsible for maintaining the St. Luke’s brand systemwide with regard to mediums and messaging
    • Develop tactics and communications tools to meet customer needs and the business objectives of the organization
    • Advise internal and external customers on integrated communications strategies for St. Luke’s and its departments and affiliates
    • Collaborate with department staff to ensure consistent messaging and support of marketing and strategic plans
    • Responsible for collaboration with colleagues to develop and implement systemwide campaigns, including content and communications concepts and messaging to support strategic initiatives
    • Participate in the development of strategies and plans for internet and intranet platforms for St. Luke’s and its affiliates and departments
    • Comfort with legal/regulatory issues related to posting and receipt of information via websites and other digital properties. Includes HIPAA, Stark and privacy regulations, confidentiality issues, etc.


    Required Criteria:

    • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years’ of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
    • Three years of additional related experience.
