We are currently searching for a Patient Access Specialist 2 (PAS2) to add to our team.
The PAS2 helps support Patient Access and provides an exceptional patient experience through courteous and professional interactions. The PAS2 greets patients, schedules appointments, and collects relevant patient demographic and financial information to ensure a comfortable and efficient process. The PAS2 utilizes excellent customer service skills to ensure all patients feel informed, at ease and appreciated. In conjunction with site leadership, the PAS2 helps coordinate administrative functions and serves as a mentor and onsite resource.
High School Diploma or GED
One year relevant experience
Medical terminology background
