St. Luke’s Health System has an exciting opportunity for an Exchange System Engineer with a cross-functional knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite.   If you are passionate about meeting technologies, collaboration, and seeing how end-users come to enjoy the technology then we have a spot for you. Microsoft 365 is the core of collaboration for St. Luke’s Health System and you will see how technology has direct impact on end-users in this role.

The Exchange Systems Engineer will help handle Exchange administration and engineering work in addition to working across the Microsoft 365 suite of tools, as necessary.

• Provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to team.

• Performs Exchange administration and has experience with:

• Mail routing and relays
• Hybrid Exchange
• Proxmox
• Proofpoint
• Azure

• Contribute integration and engineering solutions for Exchange and other Microsoft 365products.
• Provide proactive cloud based engineered solutions.
• Handle complex escalations.
• Stay current of all things Microsoft 365 including changes & updates, roadmap & releases, and third-party solutions.
• Convey complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily understood manner.
• Enables automation where possible and appropriate with PowerShell.

• Works with other functional groups to establish and improve processes; develops and implements policies and procedures governing specialty Engineering discipline.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience: 2 years’s experience in an IT engineering role.
• Licenses/Certifications: None required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4 years’+ of hands on experience with Exchange administration
