Overview

St. Luke’s Health System in Boise is seeking a Manager Human Resources to join our Human Resources Service Center team.

 

Position Summary
The Manager Human Resources serves as a member of the site and/or business unit leadership team to provide integration, coordination, and oversight for Human Resource operationsand St. Luke’s Health System by serving as a strategic business partner with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • In partnership with site and/or business unit leaders, participates in the identification, development and implementation of broad Human Resources strategies and interventions associated with accomplishing business objectives.
  • Aligns HR strategy to business priorities and delivers HR solutions that help meet business objectives through areas such as workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, coaching and development.
  • In collaboration with the HRBP team and system HR leaders, coordinates services for HR functions such as benefits, compensation, recruitment, affirmative action, employee health and education.
  • Provides change management expertise, supports transformation efforts and facilitates change initiatives; leads employee engagement initiatives to develop and maintain a highly engaged workforce.
  • Leads, develops and mentors HR staff; responsible for hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations, corrective actions, and terminations.
  • Participates in and provides guidance in the selection and onboarding of leaders and others, as necessary.
  • Identifies and ensures the effective design, development and implementation of HR policies, programs and services; ensures consistency with the organization�s mission and compliance with guidelines and federal, state and local regulations.
  • Provides data to monitor and track key HR metrics.
  • Leads projects and participate on committees and teams.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 5 years of HR experience in multiple HR functions and previous management experience
