Overview

St. Luke’s Health System has an exciting opportunity for a BC/BE Genetic Counselor to join our Maternal Fetal Medicine team in beautiful Boise, Idaho! The Genetic Counselor will work with those who may be at risk for inherited disease or an abnormal pregnancy outcome. Using nondirective counseling, the Genetic Counselor will facilitate the decision making process to help families make decisions based on their own beliefs and values. Sign on and relocation incentives available!

Requirements Include:

  • Masters of Science in Genetic Counseling 
  • Eligibility to obtain licensure to practice as a GC in the state of Idaho
  • BC/BE with the American Board of Medical Genetics or American Board of Genetic Counselors
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills
