Overview

St. Luke's is looking for a Supervisor of Clinical Education to join us in our strategy to be the community's trusted partner in providing exception, patient-centered care!                        

Supervisor of Clinical Education

The Education Supervisor manages and oversees a group of education staff. Provides day-to-day support and oversight of the clinical education staff, provides leadership, guidance, counseling and continuing education to staff. Will work with staff to individual professional development plans and provide coaching, mentoring and assessment for staff to facilitate a high performance team. Facilitates coordination of education among educators, staff, and patient/staff with other disciplines.

 

Required Criteria 

 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: 4 years’ related experience

Licenses/Certifications: RN Licensure in the State of Practice
