St. Luke’s Health System is seeking two BC/BE Genetic Counselor to join our dynamic genetic counseling team. Genetic Counselors at St. Luke' are responsible for counseling for hereditary cancer syndromes, as well as participating in tumor boards, high risk breast clinic, and telehealth outreach clinics. Our award winning cancer genetics program is staffed by two genetic counselors (with dedicated adminstrative assistant support), currently serving six sites throughout southern and central Idaho. Opportunities exist for contribution to pharmacogenetics, an oncofertility preservation program, universal Lynch Syndrome screening and Hemophilia clinics. Sign on and relocation incentives available!

Requirements Include:

  • Masters of Science in Genetic Counseling 
  • Eligibility to obtain licensure to practice as a GC in the state of Idaho
  • BC/BE with the American Board of Medical Genetics or American Board of Genetic Counselors
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills
