Nurse Liaisons are a critical role for the success of any post-acute care hospital. A successful liaison will have great people skills, be able to build trusting relationships with case managers and providers and have clinical understanding for many of the disease states that require longer hospital stays.
What you can expect from this role:
Many of our patients at St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Hospital in Boise have had a brain injury either through trauma or stroke, others will have orthopedic injuries, while others will have loss of function that requires skilled nursing. Much of the time spent by this liaison is in reviewing referrals for appropriate placement, meeting with patients to describe our hospital and how the services we provide will benefit them, and working closely with providers and case managers for possible referrals.

Responsibilities
The Rehabilitation Aide is responsible for providing clinical support and service to therapist.
- Under the supervision of a therapist may actively assist in the treatment of patients.
- Prepares treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintain inventory of supplies.
- Performs clerical/administrative duties.
- Ensures operation of therapy equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements.
- Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Licenses/Certifications: Current CPR/first responder certification.

Minimum Qualifications for this Role:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

- OR American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) certification.
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider certification.

St. Luke's Health System in Meridian, Idaho is currently seeking a full-time advanced practice practitioner (APP) to work alongside our team of highly collegial, patient focused neurologists and other neurology APPs. Our APPs are responsible for providing high-quality healthcare and assisting St. Luke’s neurologists in delivering cutting edge care in a rapidly evolving specialty. The selected individual will be working closely with our headache specialist. The qualified candidate will need to have experience, in the management of migraines as well as other neurological disorders.

Job Description Responsibilities:
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is responsible for promotion of health, prevention of illness, and the response of the human condition through diagnosis and treatment.
