Overview

If you are the type of person who loves to create exciting opportunities to engage with employees and wants to help unleash passion within a workforce, you would thrive in the Employee Engagement and Recognition role within our Organizational Effectiveness department. This position will focus on data driven decision making, creating simple processes which drive successful, engaging events and being strategically aligned with the overall strategy of our organization. You will spend time studying human behavior and data, planning events of various sizes for differing audiences, managing large scale budgets and leading others throughout our entire organization to do similar work within their domain. Reporting to the Director of Organizational Effectiveness within the Talent Management team, you will build a culture employee’s are eager to be a part of and can’t wait to grow their career at St. Luke’s Health System.

 

                                                                          

Required Criteria 

 

 - Bachelor's degree 

 - Minimum of three years’ related work experience

 - Exceptional program management, process development,       leadership, influencing and consulting skills

 - Solid experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs  

 - Proven knowledge in the principles/ practices of OD

 - Experience leading process change

 - Superior communications (written/verbal), presentation, facilitation and coaching skills

 - Ability to make independent, strategic decisions that are forward thinking and congruent with industry trends

 

Preferred Criteria 

 

  • Master’s Degree
  • Healthcare experience
