St. Luke’s Health System has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Clinical Integration to join our team in Boise, Idaho!

 

In collaboration with the St. Luke’s Health Partner’s Medical Director(s), develop, lead and implement Clinical Integration Activities (CIAs) as well as between St. Luke’s Health Partners and other key stakeholders. The Director shall have matrixed reporting to a St. Luke’s Health Partners Medical Director and shall closely collaborate with the Chief Physician Executive or designee to ensure effective strategic leadership of the CIAs. The CIAs shall include the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, disease and utilization management, pharmacy management, behavioral health and other programs to deliver accountable care across a population. These collective programs are intended to operationalize the process and systems to standardize care, improve quality, efficiency, cost effectiveness and transparency across the continuum of care. The person in this position must work closely with St. Luke’s Health System (SLHS) providers and non-SLHS providers, facilities, payors and other important stakeholders involved in healthcare delivery.   

 

Minimum Requirements include:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Current RN or APN license
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in  a healthcare related environment to include payor, hospital, large physician group, IPA or network setting

Preferred qualifications:

 

  • Master’s degree preferred
