St. Luke’s Health System in Boise, ID is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Systems Analyst to join our Epic HIM team. 


Unit/Position Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Epic HIM, deficiency tracking, release of information (ROI) processes, and dictation tools. They will be responsible for supporting and maintaining these systems, as well as working with end users to resolve issues and train them on new features.


  • Support and maintain Epic HIM, deficiency tracking systems, ROI processes, and dictation tools
  • Work with end users to resolve issues and train them on new features
  • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting
  • Document system configurations and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Epic HIM, deficiency tracking, ROI, and dictation tool developments
  • Participate in system upgrade projects
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience: 4 years additional relevant experience.
  • Licenses/Certifications: None

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Epic HIM, ROI, Deficiency Tracking, Dragon Medical One, and Ambient Listening solutions are a plus
