St. Luke’s Health System has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Social Services to join our leadership team in Boise, Idaho!
The Clinical Director provides leadership, clinical supervision, and administration for the operations of Social Services including social work and spiritual care for our Boise, Meridian, Nampa, and Fruitland campuses. The Clinical Director is responsible for the planning, organizing, and oversight of related services necessary to aid patients, family, and staff in coping with psychosocial, emotional, spiritual and environmental issues of illness/recovery. The Director will lead regional and system affinity work teams to develop standardized practice, policies and procedures, and clinical competencies for these disciplines. The Director reports to the Vice President of Post-Acute Care.
