Overview

St. Luke’s Health System in Ketchum, ID is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the St. Luke's housing program within our Real Estate team.

 

Unit/Position Summary:
The Housing Program Coordinator will support the St. Luke’s  housing program within the Wood River Valley, working independently and collaborating on program development, coordination, implementation and ongoing property management within the St. Luke’s housing program.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and implements housing policies and programs in support of employees and contractors.
  • Collaborates within the Real Estate team and other departments to establish housing initiatives manage  housing inventory needs,  and manage property management needs.
  • Collaborates and implements placement, scheduling, property tours and inspections.
  • Responsible for execution of timely and efficient project management plan for housing inventory, turnover, maintenance, and need projections, including preparation of department timelines and continuous process improvement.
  • Collects, organizes, and analyzes program data. Develops and produces management reports. Uses technology and computer software tools for housing program delivery and communication.
  • Assists leadership with assessing organizational risks and researching housing opportunities.
  • Implements strategies to evaluate program outcomes and effectiveness.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience: 2 years relevant experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: None
