Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Degree from an accredited program.
  • Experience:
    • 2 years relevant experience
  • Licenses/Certifications:
    • Valid license to practice physical, occupational or speech therapy in state of practice.
    • Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Home Health experience
