Our Five-Star rated and newly renovated Skilled Nursing facility serves adults whose health concerns prevent them from living independently. The care includes short-term, long-term, or end-of-life care. This newly remodeled facility is attached to a critical access hospital and is part of a healthcare system.

The Lead Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), works under the direction of a registered nurse or team leader, provides general nursing care to patients, such as wound care, activities of daily living, and assist with being a clinical resource to other clinical team members.

What you can expect from this role

• Flex Night Shift (7p-7a) - 3 shifts per pay period (days vary to include weekends)
• Patient Population:  Elderly
• Residents:  1:19
• Nursing team consists of CNAs and RNS
• Provide care 24/7 

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from a Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Experience: 2 years’ of LPN experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of geriatrics population
• Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience
