What You Can Expect From This Role

  • Writes, prepares and project manages donor campaigns, solicitation materials and various donor communications.
  • Utilize exceptional written communication skills to create content that feels personalized, inspiring and persuasive in motivating giving in support of St. Luke’s Health System. 
  • Works collaboratively with St. Luke's employees, clinicians, grateful patients and families to plan, coordinate, and execute various annual giving strategies, including direct mail, events, employee campaigns, email campaigns and other donor acquisition activities.
  • Work with databases and large data sets to execute direct mail, monthly giving, e-communications to increase total annual donations and gift revenue.
  • Become the first Annual Giving Coordinator for St. Luke's Health Foundation - a position created to support the Director of Development to enhance the efforts related to donor pipeline growth.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or experience in lieu of degree
  • 2 years relevant experience (ie copywriting, marketing, community relations)
