What you can expect from this role:

The Revenue Cycle Manager ensures revenue cycle processes, controls, and deadlines are accurately met on a timely basis. Sets priorities and direction for the team.

  • Leads a team of Revenue Cycle professionals. Identifies talent, hires, trains, and provides performance and development opportunities.
  • Provides guidance to the work unit and advises managers and supervisors on issues related to revenue cycle unit.
  • Responsible for developing, planning, organizing and implementing current and future strategies to bill customers, process payments, minimize bad debt, improve cash flow and manage the organization's receivable.
  • Review policies for consistency and compliance.
  • Supports continuous improvement initiatives by driving efficient processes, improved tools and optimal system and process structures.
  • Applies intermediate level knowledge within a professional discipline to independently resolve problems with a moderate level of complexity.
  • Oversees the efficient operation and cost-effectiveness of operating systems and programs.
  • Assists in the development, implementation, direction, and coordination of policies and programs consistent with company philosophy and objectives.
  • Applies intermediate level of knowledge within professional discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines. Under limited oversight, relies on experience and exercises independent judgment to determine best approach to achieve desired outcomes.
  • May coordinate and supervise the design and implementation of clinical and business information systems and other computer software applications. May design training curriculum and select appropriate learning delivery method.
  • Develops/presents moderately complex subject matter analyses and recommendations for review by senior leadership.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications for this Role:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 5 year's experience.
