As a vital member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in our critical access setting. About Us
We serve the community of Jerome with a an average census of 10 on our Medical/short term rehab unit. Our hospital is obsessed with safety! We have overhead patient lifts in half of our rooms. Our barcode medication scan rates are consistently in the 99th percentile. We strive to have a culture of speaking up for safety for our staff and patients.

• Nurse Ratio: 1:5 Med/Surg
• CNA Ratio 1:10

Qualifications

• Education: Associates or Bachelors Degree in Nursing 
• Experience: 1+ years’ experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
