What You Can Expect:

 

  • EOMA is a medical health home, which emphasizes an ongoing relationship with a primary care provider and offers a wide array of services
  • Be a part of the care team by providing crisis management, comprehensive assessments, and psychotherapy for pediatric, adult, and senior populations
  • In house continuing education, 3 Paid Education Days annually and Education Funding ($1000 annually)
  • Salaried position
  • Full Benefits with hospital contributions
  • This clinic is part of the National Health Service Corp which can provide loan repayment for qualifying providers

  • Examples of issues therapist may assist with: depression, anxiety, insomnia, stress management, substance use, grief, suicidal ideation, recent psychiatric hospitalization, chronic pain/illness, difficulty coping with medical illness or new diagnosis, treatment adherence, uncontrolled medical issues, obesity, unexplained symptoms, etc

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross and hold a License in Oregon in one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor (LFMC)

     

A qualified candidate will be well versed in evidence-based practices, have strong time management and documentation skills, the ability to prioritize competing demands, and the ability to collaborate with a variety of partners.
