Overview

St. Luke’s Health System in Boise, ID is seeking a Director Content/Communications to join our Health Plan team.

Directs and oversees the organization's mission, vision, values, goals and initiatives in communication and marketing for St. Luke’s Health Plan. Executes communication and marketing strategies designed to disseminate information and messaging internally and externally to support the Health Plan.

  • Develop and implement an integrated, strategic communications and marketing plan to broaden awareness of the Health Plan and strengthen brand identity across key stakeholder audiences.
  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.
  • Identify challenges and emerging issues faced by the organization. Work with the board and staff to recognize internal and external communications and marketing opportunities and solutions and define and execute appropriate strategies to support them.
  • Ensure articulation of the Health Plan’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position, and assure communication to all constituencies, both internal and external.
  • Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach on a consistent basis.
  • Oversees communications and marketing plans and supporting schedules and delivers the supporting collateral to execute against those plans.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree.
  •  Experience: 10 years relevant experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: None
