Our Inpatient Rehab/Skilled Nursing Facility plays an integral part in the long-term healing for our Neuro and Ortho patients. With an average nurse/patient ratio of 1:6 and an average stay of 14 days for each patient, you will have the opportunity to build a long-term rapport with patients. Our Inpatient Rehab facility has an 85% rate of discharge into the home, and you will have the chance to be a central part of that great success for our patients. Nursing Supervisor – Boise Inpatient Rehab
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
The night shift Nursing Supervisor, is responsible for managing staff, overseeing patient care and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. The Nursing Supervisor provides leadership, guidance, counseling and continuing education to staff; will select, develop, coach, mentor, and assess performance of staff; and works with staff to promote resolution of conflicts and counsels staff when clinical practice standards are not met. The Nursing Supervisor assists with coordination of the schedule to ensure adequate staffing levels and assists with budget planning and clinical needs assessments.
