St. Luke’s Health System has an exciting opportunity for Payor Contracting Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maximizing the financial health of St. Luke's organization. In turn, you will help us move forward as an organization and build on our success in serving the many people in our communities. Take ownership of this highly important role, responsible for support projects and ongoing processes that help enhance all aspects of revenue cycle operations.


The Payor Contracting Analyst, is responsible for data extraction, analysis and monitoring of payor and biller contracting that support processes and impacts the healthcare revenue cycle. The ideal candidate is someone with a background working with or for payors to closely understand contract language. You will be pulling data to report and forecast, as well as researching the impact of payor contracts. Required Criteria 

Education: Bachelor's Degree 

Experience: 3 or more years of experience in the field or related area


Preferred Criteria

Healthcare and/or Network experience preferred

Experience with interpreting statistical data and cost and revenue analysis

Experience with SQL, Excel, and Microsoft Access
