Job Summary:
St. Luke’s Health System in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Talent Program Manager, Engagement & Recognition, to join the Talent Effectiveness team.
The Talent Program Manager will be primarily responsible for the administration and measurement of St. Luke’s employee appreciation and recognition programs, including design and discovery intake requests, systems configurations, reporting, and education and training.
