Overview

We are currently searching for more Family Care Suite RN's to join our team! The Family Care Suite consists of both an LDRP and NICU! As a brand new unit and facility, you will have a great opportunity to take a lead in being part of the development of the LDRP/NICU Family Care Model. St. Luke's is the 5th Health System in the US with this model, and this will be the first Health System in the Northwest to open a Family Care Suite in an LDRP/NICU environment!

 

The unit consists of 15 beds, 7 paired with a NICU, 2 OR's and 4 Triage rooms. This hospital will be opening October 2017.


Registered Nurse – Family Care Suite (LDRP/NICU)

The registered nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient’s needs.

 

As the only Health Care System in Idaho with a Children's Hospital designation, you will have the opportunity to see a wide variety of acuity levels. Patients are flown in from all over the Pacific Northwest Region and St. Luke's continues to grow in response to community needs. 

 

Required Criteria 

  • Associates of Nursing Degree required
  • at least 1 year of RN experience
  • Current RN licensure from the State of Practice

Preferred Criteria

  • Bachelors of Nursing Degree
  • L&D experience paired with Postpartum/Mother Baby experience
