IT Web Solution Architect

St. Luke's Health System is seeking a SharePoint Administrator, particularly experienced in the Cloud / Office 365 space. The SharePoint Administrator will be responsible for monitoring the environment, developing and implementing a governance plan, developing and implementing automated governance, and collaborating with developers. The SharePoint Administrator will also help promote user adoption and guide business teams and other IT staff in existing or burgeoning SharePoint methods/technologies. 


Job Responsibilities

  • Work with IT management and business teams to translate business requirements into solutions utilizing SharePoint Online.
  • Help configure and maintain timer jobs based on business requirements.
  • Create workflows to improve process efficiency; guide business teams on best practices.
  • Develop custom solutions to automate tasks such as site creation, governance enforcement and maintenance tasks.
  • Demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams and charts.
  • Help define and refine release management processes in accordance with industry standards.
  • Respond to Service Desk ticket escalations in regard to the portfolio of applications associated with the Web Services team. Investigate, analyze, document and correct reported defects.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation as well as assist with training and related materials as needed.
  • Evaluate and adopt new SharePoint Online / Office 365 technologies as they become available.
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Criteria 

  • Bachelor degree in Information Systems or related field; will consider equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years professional, technical experience with SharePoint; with a minimum of 2 full years of SharePoint Online experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong technical documentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, goal-oriented, highly motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Experience with SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Visual Studio, Workflows, CSOM, JSOM.
  • Experience with most of the following: C#, PowerShell, Source Control, IIS, Visio, Project Online, Azure AD, Microsoft Groups, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, JSON, Node.js.
  • Familiar with Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Desired but not required: MCSE Productivity Solutions Expert, Experience with working in a healthcare setting.
