What You Can Expect:

Under minimal supervision, the Data Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support for a database which supports a system.

  • Experience with Raiser's Edge or similar technology preferred.
  • Manages complex administrative tasks for a fundraising and relationship database.
  • Ensures data integrity, security, entry, and imports within the database.
  • Extracts and organizes data for reporting and system needs.
  • Handles complex issues, escalating when necessary, and trains staff on system use.
  • Supports philanthropic initiatives by maintaining accurate and secure records.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 4 years experience.
