St. Luke's is recruiting for our widely known Nursing Apprenticeship program, referred to as SNAP.

This employment experience will provide you with the opportunity to expand your nursing knowledge and critical thinking skills while working in direct patient care alongside experienced nursing professionals.

The St. Luke's Nurse Apprenticeship Program (SNAP) experience is designed to provide a supportive, positive, acute care experience for students to apply critical thinking and nursing knowledge while functioning in the role of a nurse apprentice. The purpose is to build relationships, gain knowledge and exposure to the benefits of a nursing career at St. Luke's Health System.

Two pathways to choose – Unit-based or floating!

This year we have expanded this program due to its popularity.  We will have some positions that are unit-based in any of our Treasure Valley Hospitals, or float pool positions that travel to all 3 hospitals.
