St. Luke's is recruiting for our widely known Nursing Apprenticeship program, referred to as SNAP.
This employment experience will provide you with the opportunity to expand your nursing knowledge and critical thinking skills while working in direct patient care alongside experienced nursing professionals.
The St. Luke's Nurse Apprenticeship Program (SNAP) experience is designed to provide a supportive, positive, acute care experience for students to apply critical thinking and nursing knowledge while functioning in the role of a nurse apprentice. The purpose is to build relationships, gain knowledge and exposure to the benefits of a nursing career at St. Luke's Health System.
Time Commitment:
Full time – May 2025 - July 2025 (Program starts in May for 10-15 weeks dependent on school curriculum)
Flex schedule – August 2025 – May 2026 (One 12 hour shift a month)

Once you have completed your first year as a SNAP, your next opportunity would have you apply and move to our STAR Residency Training Program! Join all our new graduate RNs in our year-long STAR Residency Program to help you transition from a student nurse to successfully taking a full patient load.
