St. Luke's TeleICU exists to optimize acute care outcomes through collaboration and the use of technology. The team-based model of care enables patients in our hospitals to have access to specialty resources, when and where they are needed.

What you can expect from this role

• All St. Luke’s ICU rooms have wall mounted telehealth equipment; along with portable units in our Med/Surg departments
• TeleICU/Virtual Hospital support is available 24/7
• Support bedside nurses by virtually monitoring and collaborating on patient care
• Remain engaged in the ICU/Med-Surg environment by rounding on patients, collaborating with physicians and bedside staff, and extend your reach to nurture ICU and Med/Surg RNs across the St. Luke’s system
• TeleICU/Virtual Hospital has onsight intensivist provider available 24/7
• On site position in high tech facility; NOT REMOTE work
• Part-time 0.6 FTE nights and a flex 0.3 FTE days available; 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends/holidays
• Certification pay available
• Additional PTO for night shift offered

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree required, Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred
• Experience: 3+ year RN Experience in critical care
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
