Are you ready to step into a pivotal role at a brand-new pharmacy? St. Luke’s is on the lookout for a dynamic Pharmacy Manager to lead our talented team at the Magic Valley Medical Center Retail Pharmacy. This is your chance to make a real impact in a fresh, innovative environment!

 

What You Can Expect

  • Empower Your Team: Inspire and mentor a skilled pharmacy team, fostering professional growth and excellence in service. Your leadership will be pivotal in developing their skills and enhancing their performance.

  • Champion Quality Care: Drive the implementation of quality assurance standards and performance improvement initiatives that directly influence patient safety and satisfaction.

  • Innovate Pharmacy Practices: Collaborate with hospital leaders to optimize pharmacy services, ensuring they align with patient care needs and regulatory standards. Your insights will help improve medication use outcomes across the organization.

  • Be a Clinical Leader: Provide clinical mentorship to pharmacists, guiding them in their daily patient care functions. Your expertise will enhance the overall quality of clinical pharmacy services.

  • Shape Strategic Goals: Coordinate the implementation of departmental projects and programs, aligning them with the strategic vision of the organization and enhancing operational efficiency.

  • Enhance Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with diverse healthcare teams to create a seamless patient experience, ensuring that pharmacy services integrate smoothly into the overall care process.

  • Manage with Impact: Oversee the pharmacy operational responsibilities, ensuring that resources are used effectively to maximize patient benefit.

Qualifications

  • Degree from an accredited pharmacy program

  • Three (3) years' experience

    • MBA or Pharmacy Residency in lieu of two (2) years' experience

  • Valid Idaho Pharmacist License
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross
