What You Can Expect:

  • Dayshift 
  • Work Location: Twin Falls, ID

 

  • Under limited supervision, the Project Foreman–Support Services manages construction projects within existing buildings for a population health area. Responsible for projects of moderate complexity.

     

    • Oversees daily operations, quality control and activities defined in the scope of work. Leads and directs the work of staff and contractors. Briefs staff and contractors on daily tasks according to priorities and plans.

    • Reviews drawings and specifications.

    • Manages compliance with all regulatory agencies and documentation at the jobsite. Ensure contractors are meeting hospital accreditation standards including maintaining hospital environment of care standards.

    • Creates progress reports and informs the project manager, leadership, and other internal stakeholders of project status

    • Ensures all safety precautions and quality standards are met.

    • Assists project manager/building services leadership with pre-construction activities including pre-bid meetings, walk-throughs, bid collection, etc.

    • Ensures work sites are cleaned and cleared of any hazardous materials. Ensures that all materials, supplies, tools, and equipment are procured in a time efficient manner.

    • Handles onsite incidents and emergencies.

    • Responsible for meeting with all government agencies and buildings inspectors. Ensures all inspection requirements are met.

    • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

       

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 4 years related experience.
  • Licenses/Certifications: None
