St. Luke’s Health System has an exciting opportunity for an HR Analyst 1 – Retirement to join our team in Boise, ID!                                                                                                                            

Role

The HR Analyst 1 is responsible for performing HR administrative work and providing analysis of HR programs and initiatives.

  • Researches and analyzes basic to intermediate-level HR issues and participates in problem resolution
  • Collects, analyzes and presents data
  • Conducts studies, performs research and prepares reports for leadership

 

Required Criteria 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field OR 4 years’ experience in lieu of degree
  • 2 years’ experience

 

Preferred Criteria 

 

  • Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency
  • Prior work and familiarity with administering retirement programs
